Beginning 6 months prior to your wedding day, our coordinators step in to support, refine, and finalize the details with care and expertise.

This service includes:

6 months prior:

  • Onboarding Meeting: We will meet with you to identify where you are in the process and where we need to pick up.

  • Ongoing Consulting: We are available support throughout the final stages of your planning process.

  • Custom Planning Checklist: A custom planning checklist, organizing the remaining tasks of your wedding.

  • Vendor Referrals: Guidance in securing any remaining trusted vendors who align with your vision and budget.

  • Contract Analysis & Review: A detailed look at vendor contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and protection for our couples.

2 months prior:

  • Custom Timeline Creation: A comprehensive wedding day timeline that keeps everyone on track from start to finish. Distributed 30 days prior.

  • Floor Plan Creation: We will create a floor plan with guest seating capabilities.

  • Vendor Service Confirmation: Direct communication with all vendors to confirm details, arrival times, and responsibilities. We will also submit all final numbers to vendors and obtain final balances.

  • Final Venue Walk-Through: A thorough review of the space to finalize logistics and layout.

Wedding Weekend:

  • Rehearsal Direction: Hands-on coordination of your ceremony rehearsal to prepare the wedding party for a smooth day.

  • Set Up: We will set up all personal accessories. (cake knife and server, toasting flutes, card box, etc)

  • Wedding Party Concierge: A staff member is assigned the the wedding party to ensure they are ready on-time.

  • Wedding Day Coordination (10 hours): Professional oversight of your wedding day, ensuring flawless execution while you stay fully present.

From the ceremony to the reception, we’ve thoughtfully curated every detail so you can enjoy an intimate, stress-free wedding experience surrounded by your closest loved ones.

With Gracefully Wed managing your wedding day, you can relax, celebrate, and be fully present while we handle every detail behind the scenes.

  • 3 Hour Event: 30 min ceremony, 30 min photos, 60 min cocktail reception.

  • Wedding Coordinator: Your very own wedding coordinator to help you through the process and coordinate the day of your wedding.

  • Officiant: We will pair you with a compatible officiant to oversee your wedding ceremony. They will sign your marriage license and submit it to the register of deeds.

  • Decor: Beautiful arch to get married in front of.

  • Photography: 3 hour photography with a 2 week turn around time on all edited images.

  • Music/Sound System: We will play your custom song selections during your event.
